RAY SILVA
PRESIDENT

Ray has over 30 years of contract manufacturing experience in several industries including handheld devices, medical equipment, automotive, household appliances, and others. Ray began his career as a tier 1 supplier to Motorola during the cell phone boom of the ’80s and ’90s.

JOE PHILIPPSEN
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Joe has a vast background of experience in contract manufacturing and corporate sales with companies like Dell Computer, Motorola, Pitney Bowes, Procter & Gamble, and others. From prototype development to full-scale production, Joe has helped companies design, engineer, and produce a plethora of products over the last 30 years.

JESUS LOPEZ
PRODUCTION MANAGER

Jesus (Chuy) has been a vital part of ASI for over 6 years. He is responsible for making sure all of our production commitments are met and that we have all the materials needed to produce for all our customers. Chuy also provides sourcing and prototype samples for customers in the early stages of product development and start-up projects.

DEREK ARAGON
QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Derek is a skilled member of the ASI team in many ways. His primary responsibility is to supervise the QC process to be sure no details are overlooked. Derek captures QC documentation and records all details per ISO and Six Sigma standards.

JESSIE MEZA
PROJECT MANAGER

Jesse has many years as a successful project manager with multiple companies. Jesse joined ASI 4 years ago to manage specific jobs that require scrutiny and a high level of supervision. Jessie is an experienced leader that ensures jobs are completed correctly and on time.
