PC Board Fabrication and Assembly
United Innovative Solutions (UIS) is our sister company located in the same building. Our relationship provides us the opportunity to offer added services typically not found with other contract manufacturers. UIS specializes in short-run, one-off, and prototype PCB assembly. We offer fast turnaround times, and full turn-key capabilities, including board layout, printing, pick and place & wave solder assembly, and reverse engineering.
For higher volume applications we have strategic partners overseas in 2 different countries, allowing us to serve the highest of volume applications from right here in Elk Grove Village.

ASI can provide turn-key solutions, sub-assembly support as well as a variety of secondary operations, such as packaging and fulfillment. No job is too large or too small based on our low overhead and ability to ramp up space and manpower.

rework and secondary operations
We have helped many companies either rework deficient parts or make changes to an existing design. Our low overhead cost makes it cost-effective to outsource these tasks rather than perform them in-house. Many times our ability to turn around projects quickly helps customers maintain their own production schedule without the delays of having rework to do as well. ASI specializes in doing secondary operations for companies that can’t be automated or have deadlines prohibiting tooling, etc.
Prototype Development
ASI can assist with a variety of prototype support. From sourcing various components and materials to utilizing the latest technologies in SLA, SLS, SLM, and 3D Printing. We have strategic partnerships with a variety of suppliers to provide the best solutions…and FAST.
Making parts is only half the battle. Assembling them to be a complete device is where ASI can really help. Our goal in creating prototypes is to partner with you, earning the right to compete for making the production version! It’s no secret, our goal is to provide unmatched support on the ground level and grow alongside them all the way to high volume production.
Circuit Board Fabrication and Assembly
UIS is capable of two types of printed circuit board assembly services. They are full and partial turn-key services.
Full Turn-Key covers all aspects of PCB fabrication and assembly, including the manufacture of PCBs, parts procurement, tracking of online orders, quality inspections, and final PCB assembly.
In Partial Turn-Key, the customer is responsible for supplying the PCBs and a partial list of parts. UIS will order the remaining parts and perform the assembly according to the customer’s requirements. We can also kit the parts.
